TimberForge Reactor v1 · TFR-1

The engine that makes
everything possible.

A 20 kW Imbert-type downdraft biomass gasifier built from Guyanese sawmill waste. Zero fuel cost. Continuous power. The beating heart of the Bitcoin Timber operation.

How It Works

Sawmill waste in.
Electricity out.

The TFR-1 converts wood chips and offcuts that would otherwise rot or burn into continuous 20 kW of generator power — enough to run all six S19 Pro miners and the sawmill simultaneously.

01 · Feedstock
Sawmill Waste Loaded
Wood chips, offcuts, and slabs from daily sawmill operations are chipped to 0.5–1.5" and loaded into the hopper. Moisture target under 25%.
Input: waste_biomass · $0 / kg
02 · Gasification
Imbert Reactor Converts Chips to Syngas
Partial combustion at 800–950°C in the restricted hearth cracks all tars. CO and H₂ rich syngas exits clean and engine-ready.
Temp: 800–950°C · Trst sensor verified
03 · Cleanup
Pyrocoil → Cyclone → Filter
Producer gas passes through the Pyrocoil heat exchanger, a cyclone separator removing char fines, and a packed-bed gas filter before the engine.
Tar target: <100 mg/m³
04 · Generation
Spark-Ignition Engine + 20 kW Generator
A governor-controlled industrial engine runs on 100% syngas. 20 kW continuous output to the site. No diesel. No grid dependency.
Output: 20 kW · $0 fuel cost
05 · Mining
6× Antminer S19 Pro Online
The 19.5 kW miner fleet draws directly from the gasifier output. Heat exhaust from the miners is captured and routed to the wood-drying kiln.
Hashrate: 660 TH/s · HODL policy
06 · Byproducts
Char-Ash + Kiln Heat Utilized
Char-ash byproduct goes to soil amendment or activated carbon production. Miner waste heat dries kiln timber to premium export grade.

Masonic Method

The operating framework
behind the numbers.

The Masonic Method is the empirical operating framework developed by All Power Labs through thousands of hours of GEK gasifier testing. The TFR-1 PCU implements it in hardware.

Speedometer
Preact — Reactor Vacuum
Pressure drop across the full reactor tells the operator how fast gas is being pulled. Too fast burns hot and wastes char. Too slow leaves tars uncracked.
Ideal: 4–6" H₂O · Danger: <1" or >10"
Tachometer
Trst — Restriction Temperature
Temperature at the hearth restriction — the narrowest point of the reduction zone. The single most important reading. Above 900°C, tars are completely destroyed.
Ideal: 800–950°C · No engine below 700°C
Bed Health
Pratio — Pressure Ratio
Ratio of combustion zone pressure to reactor pressure reveals the state of the char bed. Low means choking. High means the bed is empty or bridging has blocked the reactor.
Ideal: 30–60 · PCU auto-shakes below 25
Live PCU Dashboard

Real-time reactor

The TFR-1 PCU streams 13 sensor variables live. This dashboard runs in simulation mode — connect a physical unit via USB to display live data from the Canje River operation.
