01 Send your file Upload a DXF, DWG, SVG, PDF, SketchUp — or a napkin sketch. We read them all.
02 We quote & tool-path Species, dimensions, finish, joinery. You get a firm price and a build plan — most projects quoted per drawing.
03 Reserve your slot A deposit secures your place in the founding queue. Refundable until your lot is cut.
04 Cut, carved, built Milled on family land — boards, CNC, laser, full frames. Block-hash engraved at the saw on request.
05 Inspected & shipped Photographed, packed, ISPM-15 compliant, and shipped worldwide. Master carpenter raise support available.
06 Tagged with the block Every order carries a stamped mill tag with the block height at the moment it cleared the saw.

We can cut your timber frames — or just the one stunning feature.

Residential or commercial; local, national or overseas; imperial or metric. It doesn't have to be an entire house — we do the small jobs too: spiral stairs, gazebos, gable accents, even mantles. Sometimes one stunning feature — an entrance truss or an intricate timber stairway — is all you need.

First cuts target Q4 2026, once the mill and kiln are online in New Forest. Freight via Georgetown. Deposits refundable any time before your lot is cut. Every order ships with a stamped mill tag carrying the block height at the moment it cleared the saw.
