What we collect

When you contact us, request a wholesale allocation, start a custom order, or join our list, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you buy through our store or claim a numbered edition, the payment processor (not us) handles your transaction details; settlement is in Bitcoin and we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, fulfil and ship your order, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about the mill. We do not sell your data. We do not share it except with the service providers we need to operate (email, hosting, shipping, payment), and only as far as the task requires.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. These tools collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data. You can block them with any standard browser setting or extension.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Email info@bitcointimber.com and we will action it within a reasonable period. Every list email carries an unsubscribe link.
