Who we are
This site and store are operated by Bitcoin Timber International Ltd. (BVI Reg. 2190032), resurrecting the family mill on the Canje River, Guyana. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Pre-orders & timelines are targets
We are radically honest about our stage: much of what we offer is pre-production. Lead times, ship dates, and availability stated on this site are targets, not guarantees. Hardwood is a natural, hand-milled material — grain, colour, and figure vary piece to piece, and numbered editions are photographed and lotted individually. If a target slips, we will tell you and offer the choice to wait or to be refunded.
Pricing & settlement
Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and orders settle in Bitcoin. Items marked “Pricing TBD” or “coming soon” are indicative only and are not an offer of sale until pricing is published. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order ships.
Custom & commissioned work
Custom and commissioned pieces are made to your specification. Estimates given through the Custom Shop are indicative until confirmed in writing. Because these are made to order, deposits on custom work are non-refundable once cutting has begun, except where the work is defective.
Wholesale
Wholesale allocations are subject to a separate agreement covering species, grade, volume, freight terms (FOB Georgetown unless agreed otherwise), and legality documentation. Nothing on the public Wholesale page is a binding quote until allocation is confirmed.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
