Where we ship from
Goods ship from Guyana — finished pieces and numbered editions from the mill on the Canje River, with apparel and lifestyle merch fulfilled through our print partner. International freight, duties, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility unless your order or wholesale agreement states otherwise.
Lead times
Made-to-keep and made-to-order goods are cut to your piece, so they ship on the timeline quoted at order — a target, not a guarantee (see Terms). Numbered editions ship once finished and photographed. We send tracking when your order leaves the mill.
Freight & customs
For larger items and wholesale lumber, we quote freight separately and ship FOB Georgetown unless agreed otherwise. Hardwood exports travel with the legality and species documentation required for lawful trade. If your country requires specific import paperwork, tell us at order and we will work with you.
Damage in transit
Inspect your shipment on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged, email info@bitcointimber.com within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will repair, replace, or refund.
Returns
Stock merch may be returned within 30 days, unused and in original condition, for a refund less return shipping. Numbered editions, custom and commissioned pieces, and cut-to-order lumber are made or allocated for you and are non-returnable except where defective. This does not affect statutory rights that cannot be waived.
